Why this page is empty
Anyone can type a paragraph, attach a first name and a photograph of a smiling stranger, and call it a review. It costs nothing and proves nothing, and the people most likely to check are exactly the customers worth having.
So this site publishes no unverifiable quotes, no star rating in its code, and no review structured data. A review means something when it is attached to an account on a platform the business does not control, and there is no honest way to fake that. When there are reviews of that kind, this page will link straight to them.
How to judge us before anyone has reviewed us
Ask on the phone. The things worth asking are the same things a review would have told you:
- What will this cost, including the call-out, before you set off?
- Will you try to open the lock without damaging it first?
- If it has to be drilled, what does the replacement cost, fitted?
- How long will you actually be, from now?
You will get four straight answers. If any of them arrives as a vague one, that is information too, and it is worth more than a five-star quote from "Sarah, Altea".
Telling us when something went wrong
If we have worked on your door and something was not right, say so before you say it anywhere else: it is usually fixable, and we would rather fix it than read about it later.
